At the time of song writing, I didn't really feel that folks understand what I was doing. It was hard for me to explain why I write the music that I do, or the way that I do it. Sometimes it feels more like a necessity for my "soul" than for anything else. I was also writing all these songs for a certain someone (in which they did listen to) who grew increasingly ignorant over the fact that it was all meant for something.
